Following government guidelines on social distancing & vulnerable people the decision has been made to close our office at 6 Town End Doncaster DN5 9AG from 18th March 2020 until further notice.


If you have a pre-booked appointment (for a check-in or key collection) over the next 10 days this will be honoured and a staff member will meet you at the office as planned for this purpose. However, we would ask that if you become symptomatic or have been in contact with anyone known to be carrying the Coronavirus prior to your appointment please do not attend the office and email to make alternative arrangements.


Further considerations:

  • Property Inspection Visits – all property inspections will be postponed until further notice.


  • Property Viewing Appointments – our staff are currently all classed as ‘high risk’ we will therefore not be conducting any viewing appointments until further notice. We will however where possible liaise with the landlord / owner of a property and if they are willing / able to conduct the viewing we will endeavour to arrange this for you.


  • Contractors – as a tenant if you make a repair report which requires a contractor attending your property you must notify them on arrival if you are self-isolating in order that they do not enter.


Rental payments:

Rental payments should already be set up on a standing order, however if you have attended our office to make a payment and the office is closed, please arrange this via Bank Transfer to:

Whilst the move will still be going ahead and we will be in our new premises by 28th March 2020, regrettably our ‘OPEN DAY’ scheduled for 11.00am – 2.00pm on 28th March 2020 will no longer be taking place.
