TENANT REFERENCING

We are lawfully obliged to complete referencing checks on our tenant applicants and price this fairly at £100.00 + vat (£120.00) per tenant and £50.00 + vat (£60.00) per guarantor.

 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

On tenancies where it is the responsibility of 3Keys Property to protect a security deposit, we use the Deposit Protection Service for this purpose. Further details can be found at www.depositprotection.com.

 

CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION

We have many tenants when deciding which agent to rent through who call to ask the question ‘Do you have Client Money Protection?’ Yes we do. All client monies are held in a segregated insured client account and protected with CMP (Client Money Protect).

Our staff are qualified in the technical award in residential letting practice and our company has been effectively managing happy tenancies for over 10 years. For your added peace of mind 3Keys Property are also members of the Property Redress Scheme.

 

OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY

If you are a current tenant in one of our managed properties, in the event of an emergency out of normal office hours, you should phone the main office number 01302 867888 which will divert to a mobile, please leave a message and somebody will call you back.

If the divert fails for any reason the direct out of hours mobile number is 07717 302838 – this is given to every tenant in their tenancy agreement but we must stress it is for emergencies only. Messages regarding any other matter will be dealt with on return to work the next business day. For your information an emergency is classed as something that involves the emergency services i.e. fire / police or ambulance.
