All prospective tenants without exception will be subject to Full Profile Referencing & a Right to Rent check; the referencing is completed via the industry’s leading referencing provider Rightmove, the Right to Rent check is completed at our office with a staff member checking & verifying your original ID. Throughout the application process the tenancy remains SUBJECT TO CONTRACT.

Client Money Protection

We have many tenants when deciding which agent to rent through who call to ask the question ‘Do you have Client Money Protection?’ Yes, we do. All client monies are held in a segregated insured client account and protected with CMP (Client Money Protect).

Deposit Protection

As from 6th April 2007, all new Tenancy Agreements and the renewal of existing Tenancy Agreements relating to Assured Shorthold Tenancies will be subject to the new Deposit Protection Scheme. 3Keys Property hold an agent account with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) – all deposits (on managed properties) are protected under their custodial scheme.
