Montana joined 3Keys in 2020 as a trainee Lettings Negotiator, quickly qualified to Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management, and following 4 promotions in 4 years, Montana is now our Lettings Manager.
Montana’s career has progressed rapidly as a result of the commitment, drive & energy she brings to the table every single day. Montana leads the Lettings team by example, with a level head and mature manner, delivering the highest level of professional Lettings services daily. With a strong customer focus & willingness to go over and above, Montana regularly exceeds clients expectations.
Montana’s diverse role within the Company covers new business development, guiding the team with all aspects of tenancy management, legislation & compliance, and Montana is now heavily involved in managerial decision making helping shape the future of our company.
Resilient, passionate and dedicated to ‘getting the job done’ Montana is renown for her late nights at the office, described by our clients as ‘excellent to work with and on point with everything’ we are very grateful to have her heading up our lettings team.
In her spare time Montana enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and going on walks.
