Michelle joined the 3Keys team in 2020 with a wealth of industry experience, and quickly established her Senior position within the team, most recently being promoted to Sales Director, Michelle now assists with essential decision making to help drive the business forward and shape the future of our Company.
Michelle has a genuine passion for her work, she leads our Sales division with unparalleled energy & enthusiasm, always with the best interests of the client in mind, which has resulted in record year on year growth and ultimately 3Keys becoming firmly established as the agent of choice in our local area.

With a strong residential sales background there’s rarely a scenario Michelle hasn’t encountered previously, going ‘over and above’ is all in a days work for our hardworking, straight talking Geordie.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys walking, running, voluntary work within the local community and spending time with friends & family.
