Lynsey joined the 3Keys Property team in February 2025 as a part-time Finance Clerk, she plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the business and ensuring the smooth running of our lettings accounts.

Lynsey’s day-to-day responsibilities include managing rent processing, handling tenant deposits, monitoring arrears, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records. She is the main point of contact for landlords and tenants with financial queries, providing clear communication and efficient resolutions to any account-related matters. In addition, Lynsey assists with budgeting and forecasting, helping to refine and improve existing financial processes to support the continued growth and efficiency of the company.

Her attention to detail, reliability, and structured approach make Lynsey an invaluable member of the 3Keys team. She works closely with both the lettings & sales departments to ensure financial compliance, accuracy, and transparency across all accounts.

Outside of work, Lynsey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, and is a regular attendee of Reformer Pilates classes.
