Lexie joined the 3Keys Property team in 2025 and quickly became an integral part of the business. Bringing enthusiasm, positivity, and a proactive approach to every aspect of her work, she has established herself as a valued member of the team, supporting both our operational and financial functions.
In her role, Lexie oversees the company’s social media presence, ensuring our content remains engaging, informative, and reflective of the 3Keys Property brand. Alongside this, Lexie plays a key role in the day-to-day management of our lettings accounts, including processing rental payments, handling tenant deposits, monitoring rent arrears, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
Lexie is the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants with financial queries, providing clear communication and efficient resolutions to account-related matters. She also supports the wider business by assisting with budgeting and forecasting, continually looking for ways to improve financial processes and contribute to the ongoing growth and efficiency of the company.
Known for her organised approach, attention to detail, and friendly professionalism, Lexie is committed to delivering an excellent experience for both clients and colleagues alike.
