3Keys Property was originally launched in September 2006 with Laura working on her own from home, as the company grew the first office was opened in January 2007 and the business relocated to larger premises closer to the town centre to accommodate the growing team later in May 2011.
Our staff are trained by the National Federation of Property Professionals and are qualified in both the Technical Award for the Sale of Residential Property and the Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management; these well-respected awards are nationally-recognised qualifications and the industry standard for anybody engaging in either residential sales or letting practice.
3Keys Property are members of the National Landlords Association, Property Redress Scheme and have in place Client Money Protection, our clients can therefore be assured that they are working with a company who work to the highest standards in the industry.
Laura has achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, the industry standard for agents working with property. “For me, it is evidence of our professionalism and shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and that they can trust to do a good job”.
Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with her family, training & socialising with friends.
Ros (Laura’s mum) joined 3Keys in May 2007, originally to help out when Laura was working from home, and then formally with the opening of the office in January 2007. Ros assists with property viewings, inspections and manages a large portfolio of residential property taking a ‘hands on’ approach to ensuring tenants have smooth-running tenancies whilst renting through 3Keys. This involves organising and overseeing property repairs / maintenance work, dealing with the check-in and check-out of tenancies etc. Ros has a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in her work; she regularly goes over and above her duties to ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded.
Outside of work Ros enjoys swimming, dining out and looking after her grandchildren.
Lisa joined the 3Keys team in July 2014 as an apprentice working towards her NVQ level 2 in Business Administration gaining essential experience & qualifications. On completion of her NVQ Lisa took on the role of full time Sales & Lettings Support, with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail her support is invaluable and we would be lost without her!
Outside of work Lisa enjoys exploring new places and spending time with her family and friends.
Hannah joined the 3Keys team in 2020 as a part-time Sales & Lettings Consultant; returning to work from maternity leave Hannah has a strong customer service back-ground and joins us from her most recent role as a Sales Negotiator with a national competitor.
In her spare time Hannah is busy with her two young children and enjoys yoga.
