House prices in our region are seeing the highest rise on record and there is no sign of this slowing down soon.
Data from the Retail House Price index shows that the Yorkshire and Humber region saw the highest house price growth nationally last month with house prices increasing by 4.2% and our region having the second highest house price growth nationally over the last year with house prices increasing by 9.4%.

This is brilliant news for our local economy and is proof Doncaster is a town with huge potential with a lot to offer; the IPORT, Doncaster Sheffield Airport, Yorkshire Wildlife Park and the ongoing refurbishment and regeneration of the Town Centre and Railway Station are a few highlights worth a mention.
