What is included:

  • Negotiation of tenancy terms
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreement
  • Collecting first months’ advance rental payment & security deposit
  • ‘Check-in’ completed in the office
  • Providing Tenant with copies of all tenancy related documentation including a Local Authority How to Rent Guide
  • Providing Landlord with copies of all tenancy related documentation including an Initial Financial Statement

Let & Managed

What is included: All of the above AND

  • Protecting the tenant’s security deposit with The Deposit Protection Service
  • Receive rent & remit to Landlord via BACS, provide a monthly statement of account by email
  • Chase overdue rents & update Landlord
  • Obtain & instruct quotes for maintenance & repair works
  • Property inspection visits (1 free of charge in first 6 months, optional thereafter)

3Keys Property operate an Out of Hours Emergency Service for tenants of Managed Properties and are available on evenings and over the weekends to handle any emergencies which may arise leaving your precious spare time free for you to enjoy.
