Since founding 3Keys Property in 2007, Laura has guided the business from its early vision – a trusted, client-focused local agency – to the highly respected and successful company it is today. From the outset, 3Keys has remained true to its ethos of providing exceptional service and genuine value to clients. Through years of growth and significant industry change, Laura’s leadership has ensured the company continues to evolve and thrive.
The company’s long-standing strapline, “Your Property, Our Passion,” perfectly reflects Laura’s ongoing dedication to her work. Her passion for property remains as strong today as when she took on her very first instruction.
Laura is deeply committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. Early in her career, she achieved both the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and the Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property – widely recognised as the benchmark qualifications for property professionals.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, Laura remains approachable and hands-on, her professionalism, integrity, and dedication inspire the entire team at 3Keys Property, who are proud to work alongside her.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children, keeping active through fitness training, and socialising with friends and family.

Michelle Sidebottom
Michelle joined the 3Keys Property team in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. From the outset, she made a significant impact – quickly earning a senior role within the company and, most recently, being promoted to Sales Director. In this capacity, Michelle plays a vital part in strategic decision-making, helping to drive the business forward and shape the future of 3Keys Property.
With an unwavering passion for her work, Michelle leads our Sales Division with exceptional energy, focus, and enthusiasm. Her client-first approach and commitment to excellence have been key factors in delivering record year-on-year growth, firmly establishing 3Keys Property as the agent of choice within our local market.

Montana joined 3Keys Property in 2020 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and quickly demonstrated exceptional capability and ambition. After achieving her Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management, Montana’s dedication and performance have seen her rise through the ranks – earning five promotions in just five years – to her current role as Lettings Director.
Montana’s impressive career progression is a testament to her unwavering commitment, drive, and energy. She leads the Lettings team with professionalism, balance, and maturity, consistently delivering an outstanding standard of service. With a strong client focus and a genuine passion for excellence, Montana continually goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Her diverse role encompasses new business development, overseeing all aspects of tenancy management, legislation, and compliance. Montana also plays an active role in the company’s strategic decision-making, contributing significantly to shaping the future direction of 3Keys Property.
Resilient, passionate, and dedicated to achieving results, Montana is renowned for her tireless work ethic. Clients describe her as “excellent to work with and on point with everything,” which perfectly captures her approach. We are proud to have her leading our Lettings Division.

Sales Valuer & Senior Sales Negotiator
Kate Shaw
Kate joined the 3Keys Property team in June 2024 to provide vital support to our rapidly expanding Sales Division. With over four years of direct industry experience gained at a market-leading competitor, she quickly proved herself to be an invaluable addition to the team.
Since joining, Kate has developed into her current role as Sales Valuer and Senior Negotiator, she plays a key role across all aspects of the sales process – conducting property valuations, managing listings, coordinating viewings, providing feedback to clients, negotiating offers, and overseeing sales progression through to completion.
Kate’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and client-focused approach underpin everything she does. Her excellent communication skills and natural ability to build strong relationships ensure that every client receives a seamless and positive experience. Kate’s motivation and commitment continue to add exceptional value to 3Keys Property, and we are delighted to have her as a key member of our sales team.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending quality time with her two children, Ella and James -supporting them from the side lines at weekend football matches, and dining out with friends and family at her favourite restaurants.
Georgina Dunn
Trainee Sales Negotiator & Progressor
Georgina Dunn
Georgina became a permanent member of the 3Keys Property Sales team in October 2025, following a successful temporary contract earlier in the year. During the summer of 2025, she provided invaluable support within the office before taking time out to travel. Recognising her potential, professionalism, and strong work ethic, we were delighted to welcome her back in a full-time, permanent role upon her return.
Now an integral part of the Sales team, Georgina provides essential support across a wide range of activities. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating and managing viewing feedback, conducting property viewings, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with sales progression to ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
Georgina’s positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and approachable manner make her a true asset to both our clients and the wider team. She embodies the 3Keys ethos of professionalism and exceptional service, contributing greatly to the continued success of our sales division.
Outside of work, Georgina enjoys Pilates, coffee dates, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Lexie Knifton
Lexie joined the 3Keys Property team in 2025 and quickly became an integral part of the business, providing vital administrative support across both the Sales and Lettings divisions. Bright, bubbly, and a true breath of fresh air, she has settled seamlessly into the team and is already playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Lexie’s day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the daily opening and closing of the office, managing incoming calls and client enquiries, coordinating team diaries, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support to both departments. Her organised approach, attention to detail, and friendly professionalism contribute greatly to the efficient delivery of our services and the overall client experience.
Lexie’s enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn make her a valued member of the 3Keys team. With plans to undertake further training and expand her role in 2026, we are excited to see her continue to grow and develop within the company.

Jaime Willitts

Jaime Willitts
Jaime joined 3Keys Property in February 2024, bringing with her over a decade of valuable industry experience and a strong background in residential lettings. Her extensive knowledge and calm, methodical approach make her an integral part of our Lettings team, where she plays a vital role in ensuring our managed portfolio runs efficiently and compliantly.
In her position as Letting Agent, Jaime is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and compliance. Her duties include coordinating routine property inspection visits, managing safety certificate renewals, and organising maintenance and repair works across our extensive portfolio of managed properties. She works closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally, maintaining the high standards of service 3Keys is known for.
Jaime’s proactive and detail-oriented approach ensures that tenancies run smoothly and problem-free, giving both landlords and tenants complete peace of mind. Her professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for clients make her an invaluable member of our team.
Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, as well as socialising with friends and family – often over a well-deserved glass of wine.

Iona joined the 3Keys Property team in 2025 as part of the continued expansion of our Lettings Department. From her very first day, she has brought exceptional enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Quick to grasp new processes and confident in her approach, Iona has seamlessly integrated into the team and has been warmly received by both colleagues and clients alike.
In her role as Lettings Negotiator, Iona plays an important part in the smooth running of our lettings operations. Her responsibilities include meeting and registering prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, handling tenancy applications, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs to ensure a positive experience for all parties. She also assists with tenancy renewals, property marketing, and administrative support to the wider lettings team.
Iona’s approachable nature, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail make her a trusted point of contact for clients. Ros Gilligan
Ros joined 3Keys Property in 2007, shortly after the company was founded, and has been a valued member of the team ever since. As Laura’s mum – and affectionately known as our “office mum” – Ros has played a key role in the growth and success of the business from the very beginning. Her dedication, reliability, and caring nature have made her an indispensable part of the 3Keys family.
With extensive hands-on experience across all areas of property management, Ros provides vital support to the lettings team. Her responsibilities include conducting property viewings and inspections, liaising with tenants and landlords, and assisting with the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio. Ros takes a proactive approach to ensuring tenancies run smoothly, addressing maintenance and compliance matters promptly and efficiently to maintain the highest standards of service.
Renowned for her keen eye for detail and meticulous work ethic, Ros consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our clients’ expectations are not only met but exceeded. Her warm, approachable nature and genuine care for both tenants and landlords make her a trusted and much-loved member of the team.

Finance Clerk
Lynsey Baum
Lynsey joined the 3Keys Property team in February 2025 as a part-time Finance Clerk, she plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the business and ensuring the smooth running of our lettings accounts.
Lynsey’s day-to-day responsibilities include managing rent processing, handling tenant deposits, monitoring arrears, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records. She is the main point of contact for landlords and tenants with financial queries, providing clear communication and efficient resolutions to any account-related matters. In addition, Lynsey assists with budgeting and forecasting, helping to refine and improve existing financial processes to support the continued growth and efficiency of the company.
Her attention to detail, reliability, and structured approach make Lynsey an invaluable member of the 3Keys team. She works closely with both the lettings & sales departments to ensure financial compliance, accuracy, and transparency across all accounts.
Outside of work, Lynsey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, and is a regular attendee of Reformer Pilates classes.
