Laura Gilligan, Managing Director 3Keys was originally launched in September 2006 as a partnership company, as the company grew the office was opened in January 2007 and incorporated as a Limited Company in April 2009. The objective in starting 3Keys was to set new standards in the industry by combining a personal approach to lettings with skilled, experienced and knowledgeable staff. This approach to lettings has consistently delivered results that exceed our clients’ expectations, thereby establishing 3Keys as a leading letting agency in Doncaster, with an enviable reputation. Laura has achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, the industry standard for all letting agents working in this area; and more recently has been accepted as a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the only professional, self-regulating body specialising in the private rented sector. “For me, it is evidence of our professionalism and shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and that they can trust to do a good job”. Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with her two daughters, as well as running and socialising with friends. |

Ros Gilligan, Tenant Liaison Officer Ros (Laura’s mum) joined 3Keys in May 2007, originally to help out when Laura was working from home, and then more formally with the opening of the office in January 2007. Ros is now 3Keys’ Tenant Liaison Officer and takes a ‘hands on’ approach to ensuring tenants have smooth-running tenancies whilst renting through 3Keys. This involves organising and overseeing property repairs / maintenance work, dealing with the check-in and check-out of tenancies etc. Ros has a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in her work; she regularly goes over and above her duties to ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded. Outside of work Ros enjoys swimming, dining out and looking after her grandchildren. |

Melanie Barker, Letting Agent Mel has over 13 years experience in the banking, finance and insurance industries, she joined the team looking for a new challenge returning to work from maternity in November 2011. Mel has settled in well and is a valued member of the team, she is currently studying towards her NFOPP Qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Out of work Mel is kept busy raising her 3 children and enjoys going to a weekly adult tap class and riding her bike. |

Alison Haigh, Inventory Clerk Alison has been preparing Inventories for 3Keys since February 2009. All her inventories provide a detailed description of the state and condition of the fixtures and fittings of the property together with a schedule of the condition of the décor, flooring, windows, bathrooms, kitchen and gardens / garage etc where applicable. Alison isn’t based in 3Keys’ office day-to-day but works independently and is therefore is impartial and unbiased. Her inventories are compiled to be practical and easy to understand, and come complete with video footage. Outside of work Alison enjoys spending time with her family and walking taking her dog for long walks. |

Jeanette Jackson, Lettings Administrator Jeanette joined 3Keys in January 2011 to provide administrative support to our Letting Agents. She is a valued member of the team who takes pride in the quality of her work. Jeanette’s strong organisational skills contribute greatly to the day to day smooth running of the office.
